I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

I can, with great gusto vouch for his skills, his knowledge, and his ability to identify work by other trades who have not done their job to a high standard. Lewis and colleagues did a nice job of my new roof and have guaranteed the work for 10 years. The work would have been completed in a very reasonable timeframe but there was a slight delay due the wait time for a new window to go on my dorner. So in the end I asked for the roof and dormer to be finished without the new window.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shaun. He has a brilliant work ethic and the results are excellent. He's also a very clean and tidy worker. I was so pleased with the work he did preparing my kitchen for a refit, that I got him to replaster the hall, stairs and landing (having also reboarded the hall ceiling) - another excellent job. He's already lined up for other projects too.
