I am very impressed with the work carried out by Brad (not forgetting Tyler, his helper). They both worked really hard and did a fantastic job. Both were extremely helpful in moving furniture for me for the inside plastering and the rendering of the back of the cottage looks wonderful now, thanks to their good work. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
