Rich and his team did a great job. I had them quote and fit 2 electric boilers, previously we had an oil powered boiler. Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
