Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. He and his wife were 2 of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and I am glad that they are not the villains I initially thought they were. I'd have them back anytime

Very prompt reply to my request to renew guttering and downpipe. When flags were lifted to fit downpipe they advised me that cast iron soil pipe had corroded and needed replacing. Fortunately they were able to carry out this job too at the same time. Billie and his team did a great job. They were friendly, reliable and committed to solve our problem quickly. Tidied and removed all rubbish and materials. I would certainly recommend this company .
