mariusz and leszek did a good job with my bathroom and ensuite renov given the budget and the tight schedule i had (10days). i suggest be clear with what you want at the beginning and put everything down in writing.
After doing a good job I was really upset to find that the work had some issues and when I contacted the tradesman to fix it he keeps giving me the run around! Such a shame as I wanted to use him for other jobs too

I would like to thank the guys - the whole team for a great job. Specially to John, who, from the first meeting, gave me clear and detailed instructions on how to do the work cheaper and with better quality. Our budget was small, but they managed to make our dream come true! The whole bathroom was stripped in one day! I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.
Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!
