At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.
Chaps came out, did the job requested and cleaned up. Top marks, no issues. Thanks guys.

Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!

After numerous messages regarding breaking my shower by attaching a water hose to it and turning it on, they said it wasn't their fault as it was set to cold (i also felt that Konrad was very condescending) the electric was on so it burnt out the element, its cost me a new shower and the cost to have it installed. I also had to prompt them to remove their rubbish
