Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

A friendly, hard working pair of young lads who did two excellent jobs on my roof very efficiently under adverse conditions. I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. They will be given first refusal on any future roofing job I may have (which is not unlikely in my old house).
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
