Following my posting of the job, Johnny was quickly in touch and we arranged a day and time for him to visit the property that was convenient to me. The job itself was done with minimum fuss, the end result is good and, all in all, this job was very good value for money.

Jamie discussed the job in depth, and recommended a more cost effective way of doing the job which I was happy to go with. Their quality of work was excellent ( 100 ft. fence replaced), so much so. I asked them to further strengthen the fence at the rear of my property, which again they did quickly and to a high standard.

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
Craig was prompt in replying to my online request and was out the next day to Quote. He was very competitive, honest and helped me understand the technical stuff I really had limited knowledge of. He has secured further small works on my property and I would have no hesitation to recommend him.

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

I needed a massive clear out of my dad’s garden after he had to move into care. Going from a very busy (which had become completely overgrown) garden to something that was zero maintenance for my mum. Chris and his crew were very efficient and got all the work done as planned making my roof leak free and fixing all the faults of a previous contractor, Everything was explained to me clearly and what was required to get the roof into tip top condition. Chris also helped me by making the payments more flexible. which was a massive help regarding my current situation, Would highly recommend.
Builder has now responded and assures me that the snagging problems will be fixed next week. I am glad that he has been in touch as I don't like giving negative feedback, but as I rely on other people's feedback feel it only fair to be as honest as possible without malice. ****Four Stars ****
