He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. This year I have started doing sips extensions. These are structural integrated panels. These timber framed building can usually be done in just 4 weeks from start to finish. T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. He and his wife were 2 of the most hardworking people I have ever seen and I am glad that they are not the villains I initially thought they were. I'd have them back anytime
