From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. We never felt any pressure from them. We trusted them, they were curtious, respected our property and got on with the job. Would very much recommend them and will certainly use them again.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Well he had a challenge and rose to it. Garage from not even 3 walls is now weatherproof EMPTY and useable. Bit of a surprise that it was full of drug stuff but he dealt with the issue.. contacted the right authorities .. with a quote for extra works which was needed . I had a new down pipe installed to cope with the torrential rain we get and the guttering was levelled and adjusted to flow betterlt was a vast improvement on what was happening l have a dry wall which l was able to re plaster and paint lots so nice not to have a damp stained wall
