I can highly recommend Jake. We had a very old boiler and heating system which needed replacing. Jake gave us excellent advice and a very competitive quote. Sam was great - he co-ordinated with our plumber as he was fitting flooring, arrived on time and even went to get additional items on my behalf. The job was finished in a day and the 2 rooms look great finished. All the rubbish was bagged and cleared from the house and he cleaned everywhere after the job. Would definitely recommend ???

Mick came quickly to review the work then things went downhill. He took no notes and asked me to type up all the work I wanted to have done, nearly every room in the house, which took me some time while he chased me regularly for the details. I managed to complete the document after a week and send it to him. After I heard nothing for a week I messaged and was told the quote would be with me by the end of the weekend. Another two weeks and 2 chases and I'm still waiting. I've given the work to someone else.
