First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. My kitchen floor and walls were tiled over two days. The quality of workmanship was very high, and well worth the very reasonable price quoted. The workmen stayed to finish the job well into the evening on the second day to ensure that it was completed within the timescale quoted. They lost half a mark on quality as there were some building materials left on site and the plug sockets were not replaced as they did not have long enough screws to refit them, but other than that, an excellent result of which I am very pleased.
