Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Tony(TJC) is friendly, reliable and works to a high standard. He always kept me updated which showed his professionalism, whereas with some tradesmen you always have to chase them up. He's a tradesman that cares about his work and I would definitely use TJC again.
Had to change time of appoinment but called me well in advance to rearrange. Was clean, quick and resolved all issues for the price quoted. Would definitely use again.
