Dan has done a beautiful job of replacing the missing bits of my Victorian staircase. He has displayed skill, imagination and creativity in doing this, making new spindles, a new bannister and some new tops to the newel posts, all to match exactly the original. It looks wonderful. I’m very happy with his work. He’s also a pleasant man to have in the house, being quiet, discreet, courteous and thoughtful. I recommend him unreservedly.

Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Frank and his team did a complete re-roof of my kitchen flat roof, and re-tiled & ridged the adjacent apex roof, and facia boards. Frank explained every nuance of the job as it progressed, he pointed out the issues with the the old roof and explained why it was failing, and offered a number of solutions to various aspects that I could chose from.
