He has displayed skill, imagination and creativity in doing this, making new spindles, a new bannister and some new tops to the newel posts, all to match exactly the original. It looks wonderful. Frank and his team did a complete re-roof of my kitchen flat roof, and re-tiled & ridged the adjacent apex roof, and facia boards. Frank explained every nuance of the job as it progressed, he pointed out the issues with the the old roof and explained why it was failing, and offered a number of solutions to various aspects that I could chose from. I hired Luke to lay a patio using Indian Sandstone which was not a simple job by any means. I had started the job myself but had serious problems and so I gave up. Luke responded quickly to my post and could start the job within a few days. Initially, I was wary because he did not have many reviews on here but I'm pleased to say he did a fantastic job. He was neat and tidy, always on time, he worked hard and was keen to get the job done properly (rather than quickly). I would definitely recommend Luke
