Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Daniel initially fixed my aerial problem in Feb 22. The signal went in August. I have been trying to get him to repair it ever since. (June 23) Months later i got someone else to repair it. Daniel then offered to come out (again). I told him I had got it repaired and asked him for some money back. He said if I took the bad review down he would let me have it . I did take the review down and have still not received any money. So the bad review is back. From a very angry pensioner
