Hello, I'm Alan and I have been doing precision engineering and instillation for agricultural and industrial business for over 16 years now. I branched into installing and repairing dairy parlours that can handle hundreds of litres of milk and water an hour, so there is no room for errors which has made me a bit of a perfectionist. I started doing home repairs for family and friends 6 years ago, I found domestic plumbing to be far easier and cleaner work than dairy repairs, and far more rewarding. We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!
