Hi we are a small buisness based in west yorkshire but i spend most of my time in cheshire as i have family there aswell so i operate a large working area....there is no vat added to any bills as we are not vat registered keeping costs down

We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! Came round to check what needed done, and gave me advice on how to avoid having to completely rewire, by just upgrading some parts. Gave me a parts list to buy which saved time. Kept me updated and finished the job as quoted. The job has been successful as no issues. The billing system was great, and could pay online, and photos included. He is a very amenable chap. Only sorry I didn't make him a cuppa.

Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return.
