RPS contacted myself for a viewing of the roof replacement. They used a drone to view from the outside and contacted me for further details regarding type of tiles. They source there tiles from down south too to get a installation date in 2 months time. Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Work was carried out Monday to Friday as expected. Workmen were considerate and helpful and I was able to speak to them each day. Rubbish was removed daily and at the end of the week surfaces were thoroughly brushed and remaining debris removed. All in all everything was carried out most efficiently.
