His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Very helpful, flexible around our availability and needs, and very tidy. Came back and repainted with another coat no problem at all, to deal with some issues from the first couple of coats. Kitchen looks great now!
OPM is a complete bathroom service. We will remove and despose of old suite, tiles ect. Install new furniture including bath, basin, wc, showers and towel rails. Plastering and tilling service available. Fully insured
