Showed us a variety of previously completed projects. We therefore decided to ask him to carry out the work. Deposit was paid and date booked to start the work. Mark did an excellent job, he was great at communicating and was the only bidder to provide me with a range of options and prices to solve my Fencing issues and he offered a guarantee. We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

Domi did a good job coming to view job, putting up garden fence & carried this out quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, directly after my experience with payment was not nice, with them demanding payment and not leaving doorstep until payment received. My usual experience of paying traders is upon receipt of invoice and following days and upon completion of job. This is why rated 3*.

work done on my house was so bad that the council told him to stop work and rectify the issue, called my all sorts of names when he got caught out and did not finish the job. do not employ them. I can show you 30 minute video of what state he left my house in, keep demanding money for work and has not competed one single job he has charged me for. stay well clear. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to in order to leave review
