The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

Mark did an excellent job, he was great at communicating and was the only bidder to provide me with a range of options and prices to solve my Fencing issues and he offered a guarantee. More than a few issues with the overall service from a verbal contract which was challenged when it came to payment, to them being late and underprepared on the day, to completing the job in less than a day when they said it would take a day and a half. The hallway only has underlay down the very middle, loose floorboards were not secured as offered and doorstrips are missing from both door ways.

Unfortunately, Santino insisted that he got paid a daily rate and was paid each day along with expenses. He was more interested in clock watching that getting the job done. He requested that I pay his expenses each day, which I did incorrect assuming he would provide me with the receipts at the end of the job. He didn't turn up one day, arrived late other days and then text to say he wasnt finishing the job. I use Rated People a lot, and this was by far my worse experience. NEVER AGAIN would I hire him.
We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.
