Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Kev and his team landscaped our garden in the New Year, ripping out the existing decking and laying down turf as well as putting us some borders in and generally tidying up the space. I was really impressed. Everyone involved was very friendly, very considerate. They worked quickly and were excellent value for money. I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.
