Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. Most of it was OK, but left quite a few snagging issues, then wouldn't reply to my E-mails regarding these. Most of it could have been resolved at the time by his team paying more care & attention to the job rather than bodging it & telling me it was all done.

Masterteck Repair is a hard surface repair and French Polishing specialist.
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Thermoseal team responded quickly to my initial request and when on site talked me through the options. We had a complete roof replacement, which was the best decision as further deterioration was found in the roof timbers which needed additional work. The team were able to adjust their plan to accommodate the additional repairs. The slates, woodwork and a valley were all replaced. They also tidied up the existing chimney stacks and redid the lead work. I would recommend them of any work.
