Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Terry was great, he came promptly, was friendly and carried out the work needed to a good standard, will use again.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
Multi-skilled tradesman undertaking tasks such as hard flooring installation, painting & decorating, garden projects including design and construction.
Mike came and spent 30 mins appraising the job, told me it would take a week to provide a quote. A week came and went so I messaged and he just said 'I am too busy'. Total waste of time, I do not recommend
Tim was not able to start the work immediately but as it was not urgent we were happy to wait and he kept us updated on his expected start date.

Cannot rate this tradesman as he hurt his back before starting and could not do the job. However, he was very efficient in making sure we knew he could not start and apologetic.
