Gas Boiler - Installation
Whilst the initial diagnosis was done in a timely manner, i.e. identifying the fault and temporarily fixing it, the replacement part has not been fitted and emails are not answered. I am left with the conclusion that this tradesman is not interested in my problem.

Unfortunately due to Christmas and the bad timing of my wife becoming unwell whilst carrying twins my response has been poor I apologize for this and would still like to resolve your fault if you wish to.

I can accept that problems occur and that Christmas is a busy time, but that is no excuse for the complete lack of contact and honesty. So, in the circumstances I do not wish for you to continue with the job.
