I have just had to pay someone else over £1000 to fix the garage roof that Jamie left us with. Despite numerous requests for him to come and fix the leaks, he never did, and then stopped responding. The guys that repaired the roof were appalled at the original workmanship. Add to that... - rubbish that we could not see was just left - electrics were run out to the garage using a lesser capacity cable than agreed, so I had to have another one run out - so unreliable, promising to turn up but never did

Kevin spent three days at my house installing new kitchen worktopsincluding plumbing in the kitchen sink. He also installed two new radiators in difficult locations and fitted a new water tank in the loft. He is freindly, very reliable, polite and always ready to offer advice. Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference
