We hired Ionut to fit out our bathroom. He didn't have any ratings at that point but everyone's got to start somewhere. Bathroom looks super. There were changes to the plan and the extra work was explained properly and charged reasonably. We've used Ionut for two other jobs and are intending to use his services again. Avoid at all costs - currently taking legal action against this company! Did our bathroom renovation but failed at the most basic element of plumbing! Workers used grout to seal the joins between pipes and the shower mixer, which is completely inappropriate - led to 2 separate leaks! Cost 000's to rectify! As soon as things go wrong James will stop returning your calls. Save your time and money and find someone else. If you don't there's a high chance you'll regret it.

Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference

We had a few issues with some of the hardware I purchased and we were able to sort everything out together beautifully. On top of it all, he is a very pleasant guy to have around. Highly recommended.
