Jacek came to fix some of our kitchen units that were falling apart after 30 years. He also painted some internal doors which I have never seen looking as good as they do now . His work is of a high standard and he is very particular to get the best result possible. Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference

I was very impressed with the workmanship between Dave and Jon who worked well together improving my bathrooms with shower and bath fittings. They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. Fantastic team of Ioan and his colleague Alberto. Both are hardworking and always come on time. They usually don't apply any shortcuts and use quality material. We had few hick-ups but they always got things resolved and try to make sure I am happy. They completed the job and missed to do some finishing touches for which they came and completed, regarding plumbing where radiator or boiler related stuff is concerned, I think they require some improvement, ideally GAS safe certificate. Will hire again.
