However, I have 12 years of experience in the jobs required listed below. Within those 12 years, I spent 6 of them primarily doing housing renovations therefore have developed a wide range of different skills and professions along the way. The housing renovations included work such as bathroom and kitchen fitting, repairs, furniture installation, plastering and joinery work. 3 of the years were dedicated to training and working as an electrician and an additional 3 years I spent serving within The Royal Navy. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!
