The refit wasn't without problems, but he dealt with them all calmly and effectively. We are delighted with the end result and would certainly use Phil again for any further work. P.S Our dogs would also give him a 5 star rating and are very disappointed he is no longer visiting for cuddles!

Adam responded really quickly to my enquiry and arrived in the date punctually. A really nice guy polite and friendly. He gave sound advice on something I suspected already and gave me some options. He was able to give me an idea of costs, which were in line with a budget I had I mind.
