The guys did a good job beginning with a realistic assessment of the work that needed doing, to delivering the job. Very pleasant, professional very tidy and good value for the money.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

Unfortunately, Santino insisted that he got paid a daily rate and was paid each day along with expenses. He was more interested in clock watching that getting the job done. He requested that I pay his expenses each day, which I did incorrect assuming he would provide me with the receipts at the end of the job. He didn't turn up one day, arrived late other days and then text to say he wasnt finishing the job. I use Rated People a lot, and this was by far my worse experience. NEVER AGAIN would I hire him.

Asked for two jobs to be done. One job is fine. Second job the fault is still there after supposedly being repaired. Poor level of knowledge. Not very confident. No light bulbs on him.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
