They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. They left the flat clean and tidy. They were always on time, very respectful and professional. They were very fast, large team, efficient and cost effective. I would definitely work with him again. Alltype Building responded swiftly to my original request to fix some guttering. They provided a reasonable quote and started straight away. It became apparent that the whole of the guttering really needed changing and after a re-quote this was completed to a high standard. During this job the ridge tiles to the main house were discovered to be dangerously loose in many places and they were able to mobilise a team straight away to fix them, again to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.
