We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. Not the cheapest quote but was happy to match the cheaper quote. Turned up promptly and got the job done in a day. Was a nice guy and I was happy with the result.

Shame I can't give less than 1 rating. I paid for a service instead I had 2 teenage boys smoking and drinking cans which were then thrown in the garden which I ended up picking up. The newly laid turf is yellow because they did not water it before laying and kept walking on it. They did not provide the service they promised. I ended up planting trees myself as I wanted the workers to leave. The boss who promised me the world spent all day attending to personal calls. Absolutely shocking.
Quoted £35 ... Tried to fix lights. After 45 mins the problem was not sorted and the price went to £100 to fix. So did not use. The new price included new wiring.

Came out looked and never heard from them again
The job was done quickly at a good price but in a few weeks the new grouting was already dropping out the sealant beginning to crack, so the job really needs doing again.

Accepted the job then never showed up or got in contact again.
Unreliable. He came to give quote and we agreed a date to start work. He didn't turn up, no communication from him. Kept saying he would turn up on various days then didn't. No communication. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.
