Really happy with the end result it looks better than what we had ever imagined it would be. Marek was on hand to help us throughout the build offering suggestions outside of what our architect had planned and in fact the ideas were better for us as he really understood what we wanted to achieve but also the changes suggested helped our property value. Hi, I'm new to Rated People but have over fifteen years of experience renovating and repairing flats, houses and art galleries. I'm also a specialist art installer having worked in museums, galleries and private houses. Through these jobs I have picked up many carpentry, painting, repairing and designing skills than can tackle most commercial and home renovation jobs. I am not a qualified plumber, electrician or locksmith but I do have plenty of experience in all these areas and can often advise on how to proceed or do the work. I am based in, surprise, surprise! Highgate and I'm focusing on working in North London. I have a van with a comprehensive set of tools needed for most jobs but I will need parking. Please note parking fees, any congestion charges and materials are not included in the service. I charge £40 per hour, minimum 2 hours. My 8-hour day rate is £300. I only require payment if you are 100% happy with the service. Let's get it done!

Although it turned out that there was no leak only the condensation caused the problem, I got a professional advice and for free! Will definitely call them back!
After I posted the high 5 star rating, the quality of work and attention to detail dramatically reduced. One piece of wallpaper was ripped and stuck down again rather than replacing with a new strip. 2 Yrs on, some of the paper is lifting away from the walls. There is a part of it with bubbles. For this I remove 3 stars.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Good at first and cheap but not worth it. 6 months later my fence concrete posts are wobbly, the fence door can’t open or close it’s just stuck and I had notified the company but they have said they can’t fix the issue as it’s supposedly an issue not caused by them.
