Daniel repaired and replaced my kitchen floor, levelling it, replacing rotten joists and floorboards, and flooring with new laminate flooring. We hire Lee for three separate jobs based on his excellent feedback. He is initially very responsive and competitive. However all jobs have had to be reworked. One of those jobs resulted in a fire. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
