Overall looks ok but closer inspection shows the finishing touches are awful and when it's windy there is an awful flapping noise from the oversized flashing that replaced the top row of tiles because the flashing was placed 1 brick to low! Tried to tell him he either ignores you or doesn't come when he said he would!!

Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! John only completed 4 days of work - he said it would take four weeks. He made me pay £4,000 in those four days but hardly any of the work was complete. He decided not to turn up after 4 days as he had other jobs ongoing which we weren't informed of. He has run off with my money and is not trustworthy. I have attempted to contact him many times but no responses received. He has an ongoing police case which he wanted us to help him with. I have reported him to Trading Standards.
