Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. I would call STM first for smaller jobs in future, but also recommend them to family and friends. Thankyou all of you.
Did the job fine but could not end up completing with the RCD switch nor certificate to comply with regulations, as this was not mentioned when come out to give us quote. Left with no option but to keep it installed with no cover for buildings regulation and certification. Not sure if there’s a guarantee in there even..

We are really pleased the work that Sam did for us he was very thorough and checked all the electrics, he was very tidy and left the house clean and tidy, we would use Sam again and would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.
