Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
