I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.

Tim and his team from MLE groundworks did a brilliant job levelling and block paving my parent's drive. The work was done quickly with minimum disruption and to a very high standard. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout. The work was also completed for a very reasonable price. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Job half done. Wasn’t able to get to site on the day to manage, but assumed Mark was there as we’d had a few conversations and shared a few photos. Don’t believe now that he was. Promised multiple times to come back and finish but kept not turning up and blaming on workers letting him down. Never once letting me know beforehand. Now gone very quiet on WhatsApp chat so paid full price for half job.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.
