After the perfect start in how neatly they took garage things went downhill from there on. Firstly Flavious misrepresented the work he would saying he would do more than our other quote. He writes ambiguous ‘contract’ with incorrect English. We agreed a new waste pipe - only 1/2 the pipe was new the building inspectors has told us to dig out. He is aggressive at times, refuses to listen, tells you you’re wrong to make it easy for him. Would be happy to expand and show the photos but limited on words on here

Unfortunately your comment doesn't reflect the reality. We have done exacly what was written in our contract that you have read and sign . Don't forget that you have came in the middle of the project and force us to extend your building illegal, you clearly mention by the email that if we will not do this we won't receive our payment .

House Extension
Prestiges Construction Ltd built our side and rear extension in 2019. From the very beginning they were helpful and always willing to discuss the job and any queries we might have. I have recommended them to many friends and family and if I had any work in the future would not hesitate to get them back. The price that was agreed at the beginning of the job was the price at the end bar a couple of minor changes made by us which meant there were no unexpected surprises at the end.
