Following my negative feedback, information has come to light that Mr Chisti was unable and NOT unwilling to finish the work due to some personal unforseen circumstances. He has offered a refund for the work he didn't do and I am waiting for that. A good experience from start to finish. Nick and his colleague arrived within a couple of hours of us posting the job. It turned out to be a much more complicated job than first thought but they persevered and did not leave until the new central heating pump was working and the radiators were warming up.
