Charlie turned up when he said he would, the work was done when he said it would be done and it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use Charlie again.

Charlie responded on a Sunday and arrived the following day when he said he would. He did a quick repair to stop the leak and will return tomorrow, now that we have found the exterior stop tap.
