You never phoned on Saturday when you were supposed to come. I had to phone you to find out you were ill. I arranged to work on home on Monday so that you could come, you never showed up just sent a message that you will come on Tuesday in the morning. Again you did not show up, sent another message that you will come by 5pm. No show again, and no messages either. You obviously think that other people have no responsibilities and can sit at home for days waiting for you.

James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress.
