Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Patrick and his team are my heroes! They were able to fit our jobs in the next day and worked around the weather. All work was completed to the best standard at a fair price, they even fixed a couple of problems for me at no extra cost! I have recommended to my neighbours already and will have no hesitation in calling them again in the future.

The job was completed quicker than I anticipated as having given us a reasonable quote, I was not expecting the person to be available at such short notice when I contacted him earlier this week. Needless to say the work has been completed to the highest standard and we are very pleased with the result.

I have left a 4 star rating for the simple reason i cannot get onto the roof to inspect the work carried out. Therefor i can only base my response on what i can see from ground level, and all looks well. Patrick is a pleasant friendly man to deal with, and i will no doubt call him again when other work crops up. All in all i am quite happy with everything that was done.

Attended when said. Patrick was a very friendly man and said there and then what he would do. Price quoted was the price and no added extras. Highly recommended Patrick and his team.

We had a few smallish jobs to finish from an extension including guttering, new feed into the main drain, moving the soil pipe, wood replacement in porch and cracks to fill, which all had to be passed by Building Control. Pat gave his quote, once I had accepted the work Pat’s team turned up when expected. The work was of a good standard, easily passed by Building Control. No money was requested until job completed to our satisfaction. Nice friendly guys, very happy to use again and to recommend

Patrick responded really quickly to my ad. I was working to a tight deadline (I had been let down by someone else), but Patrick and his partner James took it in their stride, quoting and completing in the job in good time. They came across as professional and expert throughout. The price was a little more than I had anticipated, but in fairness to them, the job was a little bigger than expected too. They also knocked some money off as a good-will gesture. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Patrick and his team were excellent and hard working - even a neighbour said this. They quickly removed my garage and landscaped the garden as well as removing all unwanted items. They also undertook some other work which was again to a high standard. As a single woman living on her own it can be difficult to have workman around as some can be very patronising. Patrick and his team were friendly and always treated me with respect. I was very pleased with all the work undertaken and would recommend them.

Patrick and his crew did a wonderful job in retiling the roof and replacing the guttering and repointing the chimney. They worked well during the inclement weather and were in full communication at all times. They cleand up really well afterwards. I highly recommend Patrick and his crew.

Patrick and the team did a great job taking off decades old plaster back to brick and re-plastering a bedroom. They responded swiftly (same day!) to the job ad, and the work was undertaken quickly and to a good standard. There were a few unexpected issues along the way but everything was taken care of in the end. It's a messy job but the guys did well to keep mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves each day. Fixed a number of things that weren't in the original quote also.

Hi We currently have a solid wall running up the stairs and would like to replace it with a wooden bannister. It is roughly 60 inches long and there is a cupboard under the stairs. Would this be a straight forward job and what would be the process? How much should we expect to pay? Many thanks

Hi ,It should be a straight forward process , basically the old wall would have to be removed to a suitable level & make good on the finish and supply your banister to that & the cost should be about £850 to £1000
