Very professional and very efficient. From first quote that came complete with full work schedule payment plan and insurance details to the finished project that was done quicker than we expected. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Driveway completed. Recently had flooding in the house and were told by the Insurance Company and a couple of independent Builders that the Driveway was fitted above the DPC Course and should have been installed below the DPC course. Contacted Ned who advised that we should get a new Driveway even though the mistake is his. After chatting with Ned further he said he would come and have a look and come to an amicable agreement. Unfortunately till today Ned has not shown up. I have messaged him a few times.

The job was done quickly at a good price but in a few weeks the new grouting was already dropping out the sealant beginning to crack, so the job really needs doing again.
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
