The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Ilia did a fantastic job. He stripped, replastered & painted the walls & ceilings. He also helped with installation of new radiators & with electrical work like installing new plug sockets and the installation of my oven and hob. His work is meticulous and nothing is problem for him. Even when we hit snags like discovering an existing gas leak or neighbours requesting days of quiet work he remained helpful and courteous. He is honest and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him and will use him again!
