Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Not so. AlexThe guttering has not been fitted to standard.You have not fitted trays and felt behind the guttering as previously agreed and seen on adjoining property. It has taken this review to get a response from you. You come across as a very affable individual but sadly lacking in knowledge and honesty.I have sent numerous messages and emails to you but no response. After advertising the job, Michael was in the local area the following day and asked if he can pop over to have a look at the job. Got a good vibe from him and agreed to give him the job. I had other quotes which were cheaper but liked his professional and calm character. His timing was prompt and job was good quality. Communication was good also. Also asked him to do the ceiling and glad I did, kitchen looks great now. He gave me advice about flooring too which is next on the list.

It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
