Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Our budget was small, but they managed to make our dream come true! The whole bathroom was stripped in one day! And in the next 4 days, the following was installed: new pipes, tiles, shower cabin, toilet, sink, new electrical installation! thanks to the entire NVVE CONSTRUCTION Team! I recommend!

I originally gave a five star rating. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
He turned up 1 hour late but did the job OK
We agreed a price of £45 per hour. The job took 1hr and 50 minutes and they told us we owed £220!! I generously paid £150 but would never use this company again.
PUT JOB ON HERE ON THE SUNDAY, HE RANG MON EVENING, BOOKED TO CALL IN TO QUOTE FOR JOB ON THE FRIDAY, HE DID NOT TURN UP, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. NOT GOOD I'D SAY.
