Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

They do what they say and deliver their project on time

The job was not completed to our satisfaction. Carpet was not laid well - it has a large ruck in the middle, and it doesn't go up to the skirting board. Underlay not laid behind the door (excuse was that the door wouldn't open - door should have been taken off). Contacted Anthony to arrange a return visit - he did not come back to us despite three phone calls/messages. Do not use this guy - he is not customer focussed. He was happy to take payment for a poor job done and didn't want to know afterward

arranged for him to visit on a saturday. He didn't show, I called and asked why, he said *I sent an email* which he hadn't. Rearrange on the following tuesday as I was unavailable on monday. Again no show, I called he said he was 10/15 mins away.. when he was an hour late I tried calling again and he had switched his phone off. Do NOT bother dealing with this man.

Quote to completion in 2 days. Nice guy - definitely will have him back for other jobs!
